The only real issues are usually being in a position to get the customers pleased with their service and/or products.
The General Manager is always looking out for his employees and treats everyone like family. You build solid relationships with customers and co-workers. Having the ability to multitask in an easy paced environment is a must. You have to be detail oriented and also keep track of multiple orders / customer inquiries at the same time. Writing everything down can save you every time.
